3. Billing Information & Bank Statements

When you buy ARC-Fire Trigger products from our store, we prioritize your privacy.

To ensure a discreet transaction, your bank statement will typically show a charge from “ARC-FIRE TECH” or a similar variation of our parent company name.
You will receive an itemized receipt via email immediately after your purchase of an ARC-Fire Trigger – Ambi Kit or other hardware.

4. Payment Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers from unauthorized charges:

All orders are subject to a verification process. We may occasionally contact you to verify your identity if our system flags a transaction as high-risk.
If your billing address does not match the address on file with your credit card issuer, your order to buy ARC-Fire Trigger gear may be temporarily held or cancelled.

5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel an order for a Para 15 Trigger or WOT Trigger before it has left our Minden facility, please contact us at info@arc-firetrigger.com immediately.
After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is subject to our Refund & Return Policy .

6. Taxes and Fees

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination in accordance with state laws.
International Fees: For customers outside the United States, your bank may charge a small foreign transaction fee. ARC-Fire is not responsible for these additional bank-side charges.
